Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Contact form submissions: If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the name (if provided), email address, and message content you submit. We use this solely to respond to your query.
We do not collect payment information, CNIC numbers, reference numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit this site, standard web server logs and analytics tools may collect:
- Your IP address (anonymized)
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referring URL (what site or search brought you here)
- Device type (mobile, desktop, tablet)
This information is collected in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve content. It is not used to identify individual visitors.
The Bill Checker Tool
When you enter a reference number in the bill checker tool, that query is sent directly to the PITC billing portal (bill.pitc.com.pk) — the official government billing system. We do not store, log, or retain your reference number or any billing data returned by the tool. The data flows between your browser and the PITC server. We see none of it.

This site uses minimal cookies:

Analytics cookies: We use Google Analytics (or an equivalent privacy-respecting analytics tool) to understand traffic patterns. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated. PITC Billing Portal (bill.pitc.com.pk): The bill checker tool sends queries to PITC's server. PITC is operated by the Power Information Technology Company, a government entity. Their portal's data handling is governed by government data policies, not this privacy policy.

Data Retention
Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.
Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form in accordance with Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
We do not retain billing data or reference numbers — these are never stored.

Under applicable data protection principles, you have the right to:
- Access: Request information about what personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
