Why Meter Type Matters

The meter on your property isn't just a measurement device — it determines how your electricity consumption is recorded, how often it can be remotely read, whether you qualify for smart billing features, and what your monthly connection costs look like. Getting the right meter for your load type from the beginning avoids the cost and hassle of a replacement later.


Single-Phase Meters — Standard Domestic

Single-phase meters are the most common type across South Punjab — found in standard residential homes, small apartments, and low-load commercial premises.

What they measure: Electricity flow on a single alternating current phase — the standard supply for most household appliances.
